You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use dac69. Age verification is mandatory and may be requested at any time.
All accounts are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major Indonesian e-wallets. No currency conversion fees apply.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Attempting to abuse bonus systems will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account suspension.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be voided. Shared or transferred accounts are strictly prohibited.
dac69 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools. Players are responsible for using these tools and for informing dac69 if gambling is becoming a problem.
These Terms are governed by international licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through the formal complaints and arbitration procedure outlined in Section 15 below.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting dac69 customer support.
dac69 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Use of the Platform and the Services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
dac69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dac69 may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account.
Each eligible individual may register one Account only. The existence of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts belonging to the same individual is strictly prohibited. dac69 may, at its sole discretion, close duplicate Accounts, void any bets or winnings associated with such Accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify dac69 promptly of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. dac69 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify dac69 customer support immediately via the contact details in Section 16.
All Accounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). There is no facility to hold balances in any other currency. Deposits made in alternative currencies will be refused or returned at the remitting bank's exchange rate, less any applicable transaction fees.
dac69 is required by its international licensing obligations to implement a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) programme. As part of this programme, dac69 may request the following documentation from any Player at any time, including prior to processing a withdrawal:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by dac69 will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, dac69 reserves the right to freeze the Account and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
dac69 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in IDR: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dac69 reserves the right to return any deposit made from a payment method not registered to the Account holder and to suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. dac69 targets processing of IDR bank transfer withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions; however, processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
dac69 reserves the right to impose a minimum withdrawal amount, which is displayed in the Account dashboard. Withdrawals below this minimum will not be processed. Players may only withdraw funds that constitute their own deposits and legitimate winnings — funds derived from fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or bonus abuse will be forfeited.
dac69 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals denominated in IDR. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside dac69's control. No currency conversion fees apply, as all Accounts are maintained in IDR.
dac69 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:
Any evidence of coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation of promotional terms — whether by an individual or in concert with other Players — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.
All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product in question, which are available within each game or market on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product rules explicitly state otherwise.
dac69 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a broad range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the AFF Cup (Piala AFF), and Timnas Indonesia (the Garuda national team) international fixtures. Markets include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Both Teams to Score, and voor bola (local handicap format), as well as mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) options. All odds are displayed in decimal format. dac69 reserves the right to void or suspend any market where an event is abandoned, postponed, or where manifest error has occurred.
The togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers prediction lottery) section covers draw markets including Singapore (SGP), Hongkong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, Magnum, and Taipei. Results are published on the Platform in real time following each official draw. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the officially published result, the official result shall govern.
Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios, including Evolution Gaming, and are subject to the rules and procedures of the studio providing the stream. Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the game's information panel. dac69 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
dac69 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud-prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required to operate the Platform and fulfill legal obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dac69 excludes all liability for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dac69's total aggregate liability to you for any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total value of your Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
dac69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Where amendments are material — meaning they could reasonably affect your rights or obligations as a Player — dac69 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, if applicable, withdraw any remaining Account balance before the amendment takes effect. If you have any questions about a proposed change, please contact customer support before the effective date.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dac69 holds its international operating licence.
In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact dac69 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes can be resolved at this stage. Please provide full details of your complaint, your Account username, and any supporting documentation to [email protected] (plain text — do not use a mailto link).
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to dac69's compliance team. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a substantive response provided within 14 business days. Where a complaint remains unresolved after exhausting dac69's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by dac69's licensing authority.
Any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within twelve (12) months of the date on which the relevant event occurred. Claims filed after this limitation period will be time-barred.
